Program Detail: Social Club
Social Club at Catching Stars.
A weekday adult Social Club day program where participants build friendships, practise skills, take on responsibilities, and work toward earning their stars through personal goals connected to confidence, friendship, independence, joy, and growth.

What it includes
Familiar structure with room for the person.
Who it is for
For teens and adults with special needs, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, diverse abilities, or varying abilities who benefit from a steady weekday place for small-group connection, meaningful participation, and familiar faces.
When it usually runs
Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Experience includes
Group conversation, games, creative projects, walks, shared meals, helping roles, sports, meal preparation, cleanup, outings, and life-skill moments.

What participants practise and build
Real skills grow through real participation.
