Information you choose to share
When you use an inquiry form, Catching Stars receives the contact details and message you enter, your preferred contact method, and the program interest you select. Please do not include medical information or private care details in a public website form.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your question, assess whether a Catching Stars program may be a suitable next step, prevent duplicate submissions, and respond through the contact method you selected. Submitting an inquiry does not enrol anyone or create a Family Portal account.
Website measurement
The website records limited first-party visit and inquiry attribution, such as the page or campaign that led to an inquiry. It does not use third-party analytics, browser fingerprinting, or store a raw IP address in the marketing record.
Protection and retention
Inquiry records are kept in protected systems and are limited to authorized Catching Stars use. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operational records, and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Catching Stars holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where permitted. You may also choose not to use the form and contact Catching Stars by phone or email instead.
